Hidey-ho.
Well, I just turned in my scenario to Tynes for the new book
(fingers crossed) and it came in a bit bigger than I had
expected it to be. I think it's pretty good, and fat-packed with
bigass laffs. Has a decision been made on the name of the
scenario book?
One of the things that delayed my work on my scenario was that I
finally received HUSH HUSH in the mail yesterday! Whoo-hoo!
I think it's pretty damn cool, even better than LG&$ is. I have
to say I'm proud to be one of the guys who has stuff in there.
I'm also personally gratified by the illo of the Berliner
Warheitstempel, Kristall, and the Temple of Harmonious Repose.
Tynes fiction piece from Lucifuge's perspective at the beginning
in nifty. I think my favorite bits of the book are the same bits
I liked about LG&$-- what the cabal in question knows or thinks
it knows about each of the other major players in the Occult
Underground. The new rituals and artifacts are cool, and I like
many of the provided GMCs.
I did note the occasional typo and two errors-- Harvey Duopoulos
is NOT the head of Mak Attax, and Charles Hamilton's illo should
have a walrus mustache.
Now that Agnes Flynn is canonical, however, I feel I must needs
figure out a way to insert a certain clown/bodybag/Avatar of the
Pilgrim into canon.
James Palmer, do you still have the proto-Jack King stats I sent
long ago for your PBEM, back when Jack was an accountant turned
chaos mage?
