one of the things that drew me to the idea of using Gotham is that aside
from being an Archetype in itself, everyone there has a major Obsession of
one sort or another.

yeah, my vague plotline idea involved the ongoing mob war between the
mundane (but powerful) Mafia (led by the Roman), the weirdoes and psychotics
(led by Zeus), and the scummy downtown gangs (currently controlled by Black
Mask). the players would come into this as employees of one of the mobs.
some other characters which would probably pop up should it happen would
include Twoface (an entropomancer, obviously), the Calendar Man (serial
killer/cliomancer), Mr Zsasz (an epideromancer), Man-Bat (a lycanthrope),
Azrael (channelling the Executioner), and Reverend Blackfire (probably as
the main background evil dude for the game)

cool. though shouldn't all those stats be at 90+? never mind the Bad Man,
it's old Bats who seems to be the world's greatest at every single thing...
