When James Palmer was over in Sydney I got to read a bunch of his
Invisiibles stuff - I really liked it. I think it's overall more OTE
than UA, but anything that works for one will probably work for the
other.

One of my friend started a Shadowrun campaign a while back that was
really good - he asked for very little in the way of combat abilities
and he got it. Unfortunatly he doesn't have enough time to run it
anymoe, since he's a forth year medicine student. And he just went
overseas for a few months.

Every other shadowrun I've played in has ending up with large amounts of
combat, no matter what efforts we (as players) make to work around it.

But now I'm thinking about a UA-rules Shadowrun... which will probably
end up just another great campaign idea I don't have time to run.
<sigh>

It's a very flexible system; it should be adaptable to almost anything.
Maybe I'll try using it for DnD just to throw the players off.
