I can't decide if the Invisibles mesh better with UA or OTE.  I think a mix
of both, really.  With shades of Kult...

That idea sprains my mind.  May I ask how?

As I see it a few Invisibles bits slied nicely into UA.  Chess
Bastard/Satan/The Blind Man is obviously the CSG.   Fanny fits into the
Mystic Herm mold fairly well I would think.  Mason seems to be the
benevolent Alex Able.     However I see some bits as being hard to
represent in standard UA.

However I think the UA rules system is perfect for running an Invisies
game.
