    Kansas can also laugh at Oklahoma, where you can be denied an education
for suspcion of being a witch.

    But, as Michael Moore said today, if this were a foreign country where
all sorts of voting irregularities were coming out of a province controlled
by the brother of a candidate, we'd be sending in UN inspectors and Jimmy
Carter to oversee the election and levying economic sanctions.
