As I've always written it, there are two components to magickal actions
like entropomantic charging: The symbolism and the PERCEPTION of symbolism.
 So no, the entropomancer in the unmarked minefield doesn't charge.  The
potential is there, but he's unaware.  He has "overlooked the diamond," to
get all EVERWAY on it for a moment.
