[UA] Dead Letter Office

This month's Smithsonian magazine includes a short but enjoyable article 
about the U.S. Postal Service's Dead Letter Office, a facility ripe with 
UA possibility; Clive Barker set a novel there some years ago.

The article ends with a brief but haunting coda about "Uncle George."
