Instant Character Generation: 
Less Filling. Great Taste

As a suddenly unplanned game loomed with little to no
time to pregenerate characters I was stuck. So then I
decided on creating a modular character generation
system. I can create a character under a minute.

Personality: Roll and old 1d12. Or failing that pick
at random.

Obsessions and Passions: 

Roll 1d10 for an obsession and one for each passion
stimuli.

Obsessions and Passions are based on the insanity
catagories.
1-2	 Violence. Fascinated by actual physical violence.
Either studying or performing.
3-4	Unnatural. A wannabe sorcerer or a ranting
street-preacher.
5-6	Helplessness. Likes kidnapping or designs puzzles.
7-8	Isolation. Sensory-deprivation tank experiment or
an antisocial loner.
9-0	Self. Egomaniac or studies pop-psychology.

Stats
Divide these four block-numbers amidst the four stats.
40, 55, 60, 65

Skills
All characters get these eight skills at 12% each.
Body
General Athletics, Scuffle

Mind
General Education, Notice.

Soul
Lying, Charm

Speed 
Dodge
Drive

Now create whatever skills you need and add the
number-blocks. Feel free to add for a great skill or
subtract for a weak skill.

And that's it. An easy modular system thats great for
impromptu games.
