I would allow an Epideromancer to make himself some sort of typhoid mary
(and even be immune to the plague he carries).  Don't get me wrong -- a
major charge is badass.  But Epideromancy is not, in my ever so humble
opinion, about causing changes across a large population.  It's an
intensely personal magic.  If you want global changes with Epideromancy,
you have to accomplish them indirectly.
