This is a very basic overview for my own reference.  Unless the game continues
beyond the first story it is unlikely any of the following will be involved.

	The Occult Underground in Portland

	The Book Lady- a mysterious bibliomancer and avatar of the Collector.  The
Book Lady is only seen within the confines of the Powell's chain of bookstores
and in her own library (the physical location of which is unknown).  The Book
Lady seems has the ability to move from bookstore to bookstore without
crossing the intervening space.

	Alvis Aaron Monroe- Elvis impersonator and iconomancer.  Alvis gains minor
charges from the 24-hour coin operated Church of Elvis on a regular basis. 
While he also has gathered a few minor charges from related icons (Marilyn,
JFK, Richard Nixon and the Duke), his primary focus is Elvis.

	Ishtar-Venus Studios (IVS)- Pornomancer splinter group, while retaining ties
and, theoretical loyalty, to Daphne Lee IVS is exploring other means of
gaining significant and major charges.  IVS is considerably more clued in than
Daphne Lee and more philosophical as well.  IVS is extremely cautious and has
avoided attracting dangerous attention, so far, from TNI or the Sleepers.

	Kinneson McKinnen- small press beer reviewer, microbrewery fanatic and
booze-hound.

	Lisa Nakagawa- wandering professor and cobweb-farmer.  Lisa is also a skilled
practitioner of kendo.  Currently teaching classes at PSU and Marylhurst
University.
