[UA] OU in Portland, OR

Greetings fellow list members,

I am slowly getting all my ducks in a row for a UA adventure that may (or may
not) be the start of a campaign.

I am setting it in Portland, OR, where I used to live (3 years ago, before I
moved to Athens, GA, to attend UGA).  Because, I have been there and the
players haven't.  But, since I have been gone for 3 years I do not know if
anything has happened there recently that might cause ripples in the OU.

Nor am I sure of how large it should be.

Ideas and thoughts are welcome.  I will post more on the game background and
some of my thoughts for GMC soon.
