[UA] Soul Sipping/Ghost Vintage

Can avatar skills be captured by these spells?  can schools of magic?

I have a GMC Dipsomancer that is part of a vigorous trading in ghosts/souls
who last session captured the PC Hunter Avatar's at the moment of her
death.  Could this avater skill be sipped?
