[UA] Objects as Avatars?

Mr. Hite's excellent Suppressed Transmission this week in Pyramid stirred
up a question in my mind.
The column was about the Empire State building, and the weirdness that
surrounds it. There were a lot of references to a variety of symbols and
legends, and that made me wonder if it's possible for an object or place to
be an "Avatar" of an Archetype.
Obviously in UA's humano-centric world, you wouldn't have members of the
Clergy being filled by inanimate objects, but is it possible for something
to embody the "Platonic ideal" (for lack of a better term right now) of
something?
Taking the Empire State building, for example. Could it be a powerful
"Avatar" of the Tower or the Axis Mundi? I'm seeing this as another
opportunity to do what I love most about UA, and that's bring a certain
reality and power to metaphors. A lot of weirdness locations could be
explained by such "ideals"

Chances are, I'm writing this without any pants on. Just thought you should
know.
