[UA] Plutomancers in Australia

Does a plutomancer in Australia need $100 US or $100 Australian for a
charge?  What if he's a US polutomancer who's just visiting?


Should the money needed for a charge be converted to whatever amount it
would take to provide you with equivilent spending power to US$100 in
the US?
