[UA] Who is the True King?

>The subject line says it all, really.  What historical figure do y'all
figure is seated in the IC as the True King?  Elvis would be a fun way to
play it (and it explains all the stuff about the sweating corpse and the
missing TCB ring, etc. etc.) but he doesn't seem to really fit the channels
described in STATOSPHERE.  I'm more inclined to think Elvis was a failed
ascension.  But I could be persuaded the other way.  What do y'all think?
