You could probably adapt my UA con scenario, "Carcosa, NJ", which is
available for download on www.irishgaming.com

Yuck. Sorry about that. Don't know what came over me.
Another possible suggestion might be having the PCs...oh, this is nice. The
game starts with the PCs getting horribly horribly killed. The trauma of
their deaths awakens several Non-entities, who take on the PCs personalities
and appearances. From the players' perspective, their characters got killed
then woke up unharmed nearby. The PCs have to exact revenge without being
"noticed" by the universe...
