When I was working at a software retail store, I read the hint-book for it.
(It had techniques of survival, an interview with the author, and the
original short story.) The goal isn't so much to win as to lose well - a
lot of the choices are moral ones.

Something like that. If I recall correctly, the key was finding ways to
resolve the issues within yourself that allowed the computer to torture you
so and find some kind of release that way. It's been about 5 years, though,
so I'm not certain how quotable I am. May have to look it up.
