I kind of like the concept of the universe not being able to figure out
exactly where the magick goes.  Half the time, the charge goes to the
proxy - if the proxy isn't an adept, then it gets used up similar to if the
person had been Max Attak'ed.

The other half the time, the adept gets the charge as normal - but because
the proxy served as a conduit of magickal energy from point A to point B,
it's usefulness as a proxy goes down and it slowly becomes a magickal link.
