Natch. This movie, along with "Six-String Samurai," composes my absolute
favorite pair of flicks. Six-String Samurai is hard to UA in a "in my UA
campaign" way, unless your campaign is *out there.* But its worth it.
Boondock Saints is amazingly tasty stuff. You have a pretty morally
ambigous set of Main characters - poor Irish American Vigilantes. Their
even more morally challanged buddy, who runs messages for the Italian mafia
(and at 36, has been doing so since high school), the FBI officer in a
crisis of faith...
Sorry. I veer. Boondock Saints is a great movie. As a 21 year old college
student, it almost hurts me to say it, but: This is a movie worth watching
totally sober. There's so many elements to it, and each one blends so
nicely, and the style (while amazing and full of incredible visuals and
music) is hard to follow at first.
Its also worth watching in an In Nomine mood. I believe the video is
Blockbuster exclusive.
I ramble,
Patrick
The dumbest thing I've ever done in class was say "Sensei, I just don't see
how that would be effective."
I don't ask questions like that anymore.
