The Washington Post specifically gets delivered to delivery folks at a
central stop at 12:30-1 am or so, who then do their runs to homes between
2-4, about.  If by newsstand, you're talking about those boxes that you drop
a coin into, then that happens between 3-5, I'd say.  (A buddy delivered the
Post two years ago.)
