There are too many true newstands left in the US, but  
papers are usually delivered no later than 6:30 or 7.  
I used to work at a bookstore and that's what time we 
got our papers, even the out of town ones.  I get the 
Dallas Morning News delivered to my door and it gets 
there before I leave at 6:20.
