Changing one's DNA sounds to me like it's well within the realm of
Fleshworking. However, it would probably be fatal. What's he going to
change it to? I presume that he doesn't fully grok the map of human DNA,
and making willy-nilly changes to one's genome will likely be either a.)
ineffective or b.) spectacularly fatal.
This is a big problem since I presume that he wants to make a permenant
change to his body. If he was in a situation where he could just change
some blood as it was drawn for the test, I'd think he could manage to do
effectively mask his DNA for minor-charge level magic.
