I don't think that's what I was thinking of.  Someone else responding to some thread.  I understand and (to some degree of which I'm not totally sure) agree with Mr. Tynes's views.  Less thinking of occult conspiracy (cabbala, Rosicrucians) than of more mundane conspiracy (JFK assassination, US government lying to public) which occasionally makes small appearances in the rulebook.
