FBI admits loss of 'top secret' laptop

Could these laptops be required for some sort of major-charge ritual?
Secret information being used as a ctalyst to reveal other secret
information? A mad cryptomancer out to make teh world a better place by
making everything public knowledge, so that no group could ever conspire
in secret again? (Sure this would have a severe impact on cyrptomancy,
but maybe he's willing to accept that in return for being the one to
usher in a new era of knowledge sharing. Perhaps he even plans to
ascend as a result of it.)
Of course, this could all be coincidence... but that isn't as exciting
as a secret conspiracy. :)
