If you want to push it, I'd say give them Unnatural checks the same as or more difficult than those mundanes would experience.  Unnatural in this case could mean things significantly different from what it does for most people (imagine an adept who doesn't believe in, say, atoms [something involving his school, obviously] and is confronted ith how microwaves work).  I'd use it for anything that violates your view of the world (Self checks later if they start to doubt that view or their own perceptions).

But in general, I'd say adepts would have an easier time comprehending other magick forms, and are given bits of information regarding the existence of other schools while training.  Sophisticated teachers might give explanations for some common effects of other schools, etc, thus giving Joe Adept a leg up on the average normal.
