[UA] The Truth is Nowhere

Maybe I'm paranoid, but: what if the "big picture" 
(archetypes, statosphere, entropy and such) is wrong? What 
if the so-called "major players" - Alex Abel, the Naked 
Goddess sect... - are misguided? 

All we know is the facts: some people disappear in 
flashing lights, and some people get powers from following 
the vanishing dudes' way. Figure it: if there really is 
some people able to control probabilities and synchonicity, 
wouldn't they be able to conceal their existance from 
mortals? And if they don't do so, what is their reason?

What if we all are wrong?

Or maybe I've read Amber RPG rulebook to often for my 
sanity.
