I think the magick takes care of these problems, provided you have
enough charges to do it (a major charge seems fine).

On the other hand, if you want to make it more complicated... DNA is
information. So maybe an infomancer could work with the fleshworker to
rewrite DNA, much as a mechanomancer and a fleshworker could build a
clockwork prosthetic.
