Personal Injuries (Was Re: [UA] Secret Wound Point system)

When I was 13 I tried to shoot a knife into a tree with a slingshot.  
(<sigh>)  Naturally, the knife was too heavy and I ended up shooting it down 
into my hand.  The blade sunk into the area between my thumb and forefinger, 
just going through enough to see the little gleaming point come out on the 
palm.  Pulling it out felt like someone scraping their nails down a 
chalkboard, if that makes sense.  :-)
