I created something like that with one of my players, who wanted to play a
Necromancer (this is before PoMoMa came out) and it's currently a mixture or
Necromancy and Mortimancy from the web and a few bits from Thanatomancy (one
of two minor spells)
As soon as I finalise it and get around to typing it up I'll post a copy for
everyone to look at. The basic idea is teh NEcromancer gets powers from
associating with death, not causing it (directly killing someone is likely to
be the taboo, and I'm considering dropping the blast effect or changing it to
something very different, perhaps a helplessness check of a rank based on the
adepts Necromany skill as you are confronted with what is means to die)
