Hrm, I thought about that. However, combat in OTE uses
defense dice. If I allow that for magick, then it's
possible to do a 0-point blast which still costs charges
(or maybe allow the adept to keep the charges).
If I don't allow a defense roll, then a 4-die adept can
kill a person with a single minor blast. Even rolling all
2's for a sig blast (assuming x5) would be pretty
impressive.
That has been bothering me.
