Hmm, my concept of him was as someone with huge amounts of power but forced
to follow some very bizzare/fixed rules.
Generally with schools/architypes the more powerful the harder it is to gain
charges/the stronger the taboo.
So just think how many taboo's he must have - and what the consequences
would be if he dropped down from godwalker status.
I have never really tried to write any idea down for the rules, and don't
think players would ever become aware of them, but they provide (for
example) the reason why he doesn't go in and directly stomp anyone he
doesn't like.
