Two minor questions about the main rulebook -

What's the paradox in cliomancy?

Under one of the powers of the Pilgrim, it says "This curse is considered
a magickal attack - if you try this on an adept, you have to roll under
your skill and higher than his skill at magick."  Is this meant to apply
to all magickal attacks?  I can't find it mentioned elsewhere.  And if it
is, doesn't it make magickal wars between adepts of equal skill
more or less impossible?
