As a matter of fact, it tends to be the ritualists/Hermeticists/
Golden Dawn-Thelema-Chaos types who use 'magick'. New Agers find
it a bit too aggressive, and don't often think of their stuff
as magic at all, let alone magick. Well, at least that's true over
here in the UK. Certainly, the IOT (the international order of
Chaos Magickians) use the term Chaos Magick rather than Chaos 
Magic, and they're as close to the edge of gritty Hermetics
as the real world gets.
