Okay, but where's the central conflict? What's the fueling paradox?
Personally, I'm always a little leery about putting "computer magick" into
ANYTHING because it tends to get Shadowrunny and because it dates the book
when someone reads it two years later...
An idea I've been kicking around is a school where you gain charges by
remaining physically motionless. Don't move a (voluntary) muscle for a
couple hours, get a minor charge. Don't move a muscle for a day and get a
significant charge. Don't voluntarily move for... a month? A YEAR? ...and
get a major charge. I liked the idea of a motionless mage. (Naturally, if
you interrupt one of your "still times" you lose all your charges.) Still,
it seemed incomplete. But maybe for one of the media based schools, like
videomancy, it makes sense. You have to sit still and watch before the
secret wisdom opens itself to you... With videomancy, it makes particular
sense, because you have the illusion of activity while doing nothing, and a
false sense of company when you're completely alone. (Note that if you had
to be doing a media bath while you were sitting still, you'd have to be in
some kind of full restraint, so that you couldn't move if you fell asleep
with the TV on.)

Justice is a bit like sausage. If you love either, you should never watch
it being made.
