Virtual Hermetics (alternate "Compumancy")

Here's another approach to computer magic -- "Virtual Hermetics."
These guys do old-fashioned Hermetic-style magic, but they do it 
online, essentially in graphics and animation.  This form of magic 
lets you be a magical hacker and move data back and forth between 
brains and machines -- making it roughly equivalent to the 
computer-psi powers in some other games -- but has a very hard 
time extending beyond that domain.  It CAN do it, though, with 
a lot of effort, especially if the physical effects are eletrical.

Since I don't yet have the book, I can't make a plausible guess 
at the mechanics; I just present the concept.
