I thought it was a fabulously cool idea, and above all a 
neat "wow, this game is different" hook. But I think you'd 
need at least 4 or 5 GMs to make it work properly, and in 
my experience, most non-combat-intensive LARP games run 
with a GM:player ratio of about 1:20. That means about 100 
players, which is a lot (I think). Cooperating with your 
other GMs would also be quite tricky if you weren't 
disinterested. It'd be worth a damn good try though..
