If they've got Unnatural Failed 1, that's good roleplaying, actually.

Hmm... possible. OTOH, given that entropomantic items (the Lucky
Rabbit's Foot) are based off of such superstitions... If an
entropomancer tries to use lucky things when getting a charge, I can
see penalizing them. Otherwise, I'd only do so if they're failing to
be entropomantic - failing to risk themselves on a regular basis.
