yeah, but is it really any better to be a 30-year-old gut claiming to be the
"Head Cultist of Cthulhu" or the "Godwalker of the Executioner"? i don't
play ad&d anymore, but i think the whole "cooler than thou" thing doesn't
help roleplaying as a whole. maybe ad&d isn't the best vehicle in which to
do some "serious roleplaying". but then, you could argue that a mini metro
isn't the best vehicle to do some stunt racing in. in which case, you
obviously haven't seen The Italian Job
