Okay, so the person ascends to the IC and fades from the planet....

But man, isn't this really fraggin' odd??  I mean, people fading out infront 
of each other?  Aside from the Naked Goddess, wouldn't this be causing a 
panic?

Or, when someone ascends to we forget they ever existed?
