Well, damn.  I just re-read _Dark Gods_, but I'd forgotten about _The 
Ceremonies_.  I have at least one copy, maybe two; I'll have to dig it out.  
Thanks, that wouldn't have occured to me.

"Children of the Kingdon" is still my favorite, though.
