Actually, by the time the PCs arrive the town will be pretty much empty.
Most of the adults will be dead, with a few wandering through the town with
bundles of sticks that they are cuddling and cooing to. Not much room for
interaction, I'm afraid.... I haven't figured the whole thing out yet, of
course, but the bits and pieces are stating to come together.
