Yes, but imagine that the plutomancer gains $1000, so
he get magick charges. Then he uses these charges
(all)
performing some formula spells, or in other ways.
Now he hasn't charges anymore, so he if he spends the
$1000 he gained, he breaks the taboo, but this doesn't
matter, because he doesn't have charges to lose.
In this way a pluntomancer only need waiting for using
charges, to spend money (I hope this sentence is
grammatically correct!).
