[TRNSYS-users] Type 399 and TYpe1270

I want to simulate a PCM wall in TRNSYS 18. My question is, are Type 399
and Type 1270 the same thing? I noticed that Type 1270 is available on the
Transsolar website, but Type 399 is not. I've found mixed reviews about
both types in the literature (online journal and discussions). Do anybody
have any recommendations or details on how to access Type 399?
