Htet Ye Wynn,

   Take a look at the windows in your building and make sure that the 
frame u-values are all reasonable. If you have used internally 
calculated convection coefficients for your windows, you might want to 
switch that off and use constant values just to see if you can pinpoint 
the cause of the problem.
