[TRNSYS-users] parameter error in type 516

Hi David,
We did update the TESS library last Winter due to errors we were experiencing with the hydronic radiator type. Our TRNSYS release version is 18.04.0000 and the TESS library components that we have are v18_1_64 and v18_0_64.
