[TRNSYS-users] Parametric Study disabled

[GUO, XINMAN [BEEE]]

Dear all,

My model is able to run as normal(single run is no problem), but when I click the Parametric Study the whole trnsys freezes and then the system does not respond. I tried some solutions as below:


  1.  I run the simple old model, Parametric Study is available. Only some recent models are disable to run Parametric (But these model were able to run Parametric before I met this issue).
  2.  I reinstall the trnsys, still disabled.
  3.  I update my laptop and reboot many times, still disabled.

I am writing to ask if anyone know how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
