[TRNSYS-users] Problem with trnsys shortcut

Hello my name is Carlos Naranjo from Escuela Politecnica Nacional in Ecuador. We have bought two years ago TRNSYS 18 however he have some specific issuer that we need to resolve:


  1.  I have not used TRNSYS (Simulation Studio) in my computer for the last 6 months, however today that I tried to run Simulation Studio the shortcut has disappeared and I cannot open simulation studio. When I go to the folder TRNSYS 18 where I installed TRNSYS and I try to run the shortcut "Studio" I got a message saying "The item Studio.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. I don want to uninstall and re install TRNSYS as I dot want to lose one of the licenses.
  2.  The second issue is that one student that worked with one of the trnsys license have installed TRNSYS with no returning the license how can we do to recuperate that license, or if possible recuperate all the licenses that we have installed in our students computers?
