Gonca,

  I think you might need to consider writing a Type. I don't think that 
this is a configuration that can be easily made up of existing 
components. We've written models of PVs that have a PCM backing and 
we've written some ventilated facade models but have not had occasion to 
couple the two. I think the energy balance between all the elements of 
the facade is too complex not to be solved all in one go inside a Type 
that is written specifically to model the situation.

  I am not familiar with Type285. There is a free PCM layer component 
available in TRNLib 
(https://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/trnlib/library16.htm#thermalstorage). I 
have never had occasion to use it myself.
