If it's a large tank of water in a room that you are trying to simulate 
then model it as a large tank of water within a room!  Artificially 
increasing the zone capacitance and modeling it that way means that the 
water and air are always effectively the same temperature - which is 
very unlikely during periods of transient behavior.
