     I don't quite understand the description of type11a (mode 9) in the 04-mathematicalreference document. If it is used as an air supply valve to supply cold air to the room through its outlet 1. According to the document,  if the  Tset and Ti are both 18 ° C , should Th be set to less than 18 ° C?
